Unfortunately, I don't think that is a very good way of doing a Power Ranking. Say one team sucks but has really high kicking. Or one team has really high rushing but no blocking, or really high passing but no receiving, etc.

It should be stat based on offense and defense production (i understand we don't have that just yet).

Yours is probably pretty close but it also doesn't take into consideration the teams who still have a lot of high leveled CPU's and the teams who got rid of CPU's but got lower leveled humans. Obviously the team with humans will be better over time.
