Very. Pro tip: you want to build up your attributes before your SAs. Attributes increase automatically when you level up--so if you get Throwing to the 5th cap as soon as possible, your auto level-up points are worth 5 times as much. SAs, on the other hand, do not automatically increase--therefore, the best strategy is to have an end-result build in mind and get your attributes there first, then the SAs.

In the meantime? Not much you can do, short of retire and start over. Or, leave those and try to salvage his build. It's not too late.
