Inquiring minds want to know how promotions are going to be handled to Africa AAA2 since Africa AA4 is currently all CPU teams? I'm curious if a moderator or admin can float this question to Bort so we can get a sense of how this will be handled. I figure there are 3 potential options.

1) Promote 2 teams from Africa AA4 as normal. Ask for volunteers to fill the remaining AAA spots.
2) Promote more teams from AA3 and not promote any team from AA4.
3) Some larger AAA/AA shuffle. (could be that Bort has a larger plan than just Africa AA/AAA).

While I applaud the effort, I have a feeling it's just gonna be us waking up one morning to see what league we're in. Sounds like team movements are starting on Day 42 so we don't have too long to wait.
