My Cowboys falter miserably, I break my toe last night attempting to run upstairs and now my farewell to the Oceania Pros....at least as a GM...for now. It was been a wonderful 11 full seasons together and slowly making it up the ranks and having 4 seasons in the pros...First time two in a row though at least for this go round and one AAA championship. We have come across great agents/GMs since me and two coworkers started the team almost 2 yrs ago. Majority of our success came from the loyalty of agents. That was the secret to my success at least. I want to thank all of you who have challenged our play year in and year out. We had old rivalries die like the missed Tonga Thunderbirds and news ones begin with Berlin though they have beaten us more than we have beaten them but it was the win we got that helped us win our only ring......This is one of the more harder decisions for me as its never guaranteed making it to this level and being successful but the recruitment will be nightmare. It is time for us to start over.
Our plans are we will be moving down to a cap 14 league. A lot of the current agents and some new ones have made some players to try and start anew as the aging process has caught up with us. I know majority of players are retiring though my DE and HB along with jljend's WR and DE will most likely play another year, in case anyone wants to look the builds are currently open. PM if interested. Otherwise maybe one day I will grace these parts again with a contending team and maybe we will get it done next time in the OPL or wherever we land.
Thank you again for 2 good years here in the pros more recently and the other 9 in the Oceania. I wish the best of luck to everyone moving forward, be it here, AAA or the WL. It has been a true pleasure.
