Dirty rats, they are. Rat Phink and Rat Atouille , FS and SS respectively, are lvl 48 players coming from a dissolved CPL team.
They were to play ST / deep backup this past season and start taking over beginning with S 14. Unfortunately the team has decided to reboot and these two have no home.
The builds are solid. The SS is more of a Cover 1 SS build, meant to be in the box / shutting down the run more than deep cover 2 duties.

The FS is also more of a Cover 1 build, meant for deep zones. All EQ in speed, and maxed Zone Specialist VA.
