Your under strengthed. 78 asap. 82 even. Though since you've waited this long, I'd only take it to 78 as you'd be wasting SP's. I'd then take blocking to 74, while training agility/vision, taking agility to 35+ before capping and taking to 68/74 (depending on preference). This is a start, but not a good one. Not a bad one though, but could have been much better.
