How should i train to be a all around QB?

From reading other post on this Forum ...
Basically an all around QB right now doesn't work in GLB.
Make a pocket passer, wait till next year and see what changes happen.
Starting from scratch, I would work on:
Throwing for getting the ball in the right area (#1 QB Stat)
Vision for accuracy (Throw it to the guy in the "right" colored jersey)
Strength for passing distance (for longer throws)
Confidence to not let INTs, Drops or Sacks bring you down (cannot be ignored)

Confidence and Strength should be on par in importance; I've heard that too much strength makes WR's drop passes sometimes (???) and in game morale can be life or death (1 INT can turn the whole game into a crapshoot).
