In case you have not noticed, two 13-0 Lion Conference teams square off for the #1 seed this week.
record wise this game should be a blast. However if you delve a little deeper, the Vengeance have the upper hand against my little Transformer buddies.
There is a pretty wide level margin in favor of Mogadishu. This game appears to be a challenge to the product the mighty Bort is charging us about $10 per player per season.
Is the Lion Conference really a one team league? If it is, everyone in Lion should PM support in disgust.
Enough of the politics, lets break this matchup down for those that care.
Both teams have shown to be a clear step ahead of the competition in the Lion Conference.
Mogadishus closest margin of victory was 24 points. That is so sad, but great for the Vengeance. Sort of.
CWMs closest Mov is 13. that is still pretty sad. However, CWM is much more equal level wise with the other competition in the league.
Offense
Passing: Mogadishu is #1 in Lion passing for a whopping 5120 yds on a 70% completion % and a nice 10 Yd per attempt. Passing duties are shared between two very nice QBs Douglas Flutie level 59 and Lord overon a level 67. both guys have pimped out this season with no drop off when either one is in.
CWM is a modest #8 in the league. Passing for 3400 yds, a league best 73% completions and a very solid 12 yard per attempt. CWM also splits snaps, however, it appears that young Garrett Gilbert is the killer of the two. The level 50 QB has an astounding 43 tds with only 3 int.
Advantage: MV
Recieving:
Mogadishu spreads the ball around very well. they have two standouts catching hte ball. LVL 59 WR Darsh Darshington has 83rec, 1500yds and a whopping 18ypc with 29td. Level 67 HB Dave Jokowsky has very similar numbers. There are 5 players with over 400 yards.
CWM Has some play makers, but are clearly led by DJ Vibe. A level 70 wr from the projects of Chicago. One of the few high leveld player on the Robotic team. Level 44 Johhny Knox is an underutilized beast with a whopping 20ypc and 500 yards. While CWM has some talent they do not get the opportunities to shine as often as their counter parts from Mogadishu.
Advantage MV
Rushing:
Mogadishu is ranked as the 7th rushing team in Lion. they have amassed 4300yds on the ground at a 10yd clip. this is deceptive, as MV has the talent to run on anyone they want. They just choose to butter their bread in the pass game. Dave Jokowski shows up as the leading rusher with just over 2k. and he is joined by level 61 HB Harry Franco in the 2k club. A balanced rushing attack that keeps teams honest for sure.
CWM hangs their processors on running the ball. Ranked #1 in lion the robots have a 1k lead on second place West Yorkshire Bandits with 6.5k. While all the weak competition in Lion skews the stats, CWM can run the ball. Lead by Soundwave the level 51 HB has nearly 4k yards. Scriv is the true beast however and makes the ground game go. This level 54 back just takes it to the DL. he has 2k yards. Blurr is the change of pace back.
Advantage: I have to call this a wash, but I think level difference plays to MV. So if you held a gun to my head MV.

Both teams have tons of pancakes and are impecable. CWM is deeper However they are only a level 49 group. MV averages a 10 level advantage.
Advantage: I will take CWM line.
Synopsis: Well if CWM is to have any shot, the OL will have to do its job run blocking and Keeping the QBs shirt Clean. MV is gonna have its big plays, CWM is going to have to convert some very long third downs.
