Im a newb as well, so take what I say knowing that:
Work AGI, and Tack - I see you are working VIS which tells me you are building a MLB - as I am.
Also, as tempting as it may be - Avoid SA for a long while - Im not sure what level to start them, maybe someone on here can follow up with a comment on that.
I dont really believe in the need for Str until higher levels, but even 12 is a bit low. While working Tackling, do the STR/Tack combo
Other than that, pretty solid numbers for a 1st year LB
