I think it's totally awesome. I would love to have a player over here.

If only I had a Lv. 10 HB who is a free agent with two sets of custom looking for a one year deal with a no trade clause.

You know what I'm sayin? Do you smell what I'm stepping in? The eagle has landed.

what will be interesting is when the cap is lifted next season.

Can you say "flood"?

The influx of high levels will kill the team chemistry on almost every team!

It is a good idea that a new league is capped like Western Europe A. All new leagues in the future should be capped too.

My question is: Is level 13 the right cap or should it be higher or lower?

I vote that 12 or 13 is a good cap.

should keep the level cap just up it to 21 or so for next season

Cap should be as suggested by Bort 25% above average players level in league starting at level 13 for new leagues.. Also should implement the xp increase/decrease for playing against teams above/lower than your teams average level

what gets me is the cap is 13. why do you have owners filling rosters with lvl 4-7's? do they even want to be competitive or live in these leagues forever? in the capped leagues i dont believe anyone should have an exp increase/decrease because everyone had the same opportunity as every other owner to sign better players. mister lvl 7 roster shouldnt affect mister lvl 12 roster. maybe in every other league but not in a league that had a set level for recruiting. mister hurry up and create a bunch or lvl 4's to sign to my own team to boost to lvl 7 should not be getting any bonuses of any sort. those that went out and recruited well should not be hindered nor should their teams players be hindered by these folks either.

While I like the concept, its going to be hard for friends that want to get a team together to do so. The waiting list is rather long and even the newest players will be over level 13 by the time its their turn.

Also, signing a bunch of level 4 players isnt always a bad thing. The London Bloodravens signed a lot of low level players and are undefeated. Most of us are up to 8 and higher now.

Supply and demand.. there are tons of low level 4-7 players out there looking for a shot on a team, alot demand starting slots.. level 8-13 players get so many offers they can fill an inbox in 3hrs. There is huge demand for 8+ players from both our league and every other damn league out there..

settle for nothing less than the best. who ever said a lvl 8 can demand to start? whatever, level 8's that want to start can get pounded by owners that want championship teams. great management and players that recruit for you win it for you. i didnt have a problem filling my roster with 13's with nothing but the promise of winning and so far ive delivered on that promise. we have a lot that could be 18's but we choose to get max exp while other teams kill their chem bar playing catch up. its all a matter of what youll settle for as an owner. my goal was boosting workable build level 13's. if yours is a bunch of level 7-8's demanding to start then so be it. were dedicated to winning over here not only on this level but the next as well. if we move up we will not be embarrassed and represent our league well. good luck to you guys on the rest of your seasons hopefully we can meet again on the next level.

I think it should have been lower, or released after the season 2 last day to boost date, but I didn't make the rules. I started with 99% level 7's going into game 1 and so far we're 3-3 against some teams with a higher average. I started this way so I wouldn't over spend bringing in to many $80,000 players and wanted equipment 16 bonus money knowing we might get beat up the first half of the season, but we'll catch must teams by the end and going into next season, which most of my players have already commited to, and 90% or more are boosters and have custom equipment. So we will be a team full of level 18 or 19's at every position and most back-ups. I trust most teams will have a turnover at the end this season that they may not get filled by an equal level talent because of the demand. I liked the cap if you couldn't tell.
