I thought I might do a little write up for you guys, bare in mind that this predictions and ranking is nothing but my own opinion and there is not used any scripts to predict or rank (so I might be way off).
Ranking
#1 seed. Zambezi Silverbacks
Overall the best team in the league, Great passing game led by Joe Alabama and Tex Bishop both with very good QB rating. The Running game is not far behind, 3 very good halfbacks who can pound it in when needed. Then D is Monster good at stopping the run, Zero TD's allowed and only 26,9 average rushing yards against in the first 5 games thats pretty good in AAA, the secondary has allowed a bit more 165,2 yards and 4 TD's. But..... the hardest competition is yet to come starting today with the Sin, lets see if the numbers lie!
#2 seed. Sahara Storm
Looking good this season, at first sight they doesn't look that different than last season but something has happened, they have already beaten Sin, Bulls and Monsters so they are doing something right. Lets see how the * Game of the week * goes if The Silverbacks can't take care of business these guys may very well go to the #1 spot.
#3 seed. Alexandria Crimson Evil Aces
Evil Aces have had a fairly easy ride so far, the only important win was against the LHC.
They are really flying under the radar, I bet you that when the going gets tough the tough gets going. Right now the GM's are sitting in their comfortable chairs smoking havannas thinking, suckers, they don't know whats coming. Trust me we know.....
#4 seed. Eden Sin
The Sin have won so much in their time so maybe they are getting a little lacy! They have brought 2 new QB's in this season to make an impact in their passing game but they don't seem to cut it or maybe its because all effort goes to the running game which have a Lion high 1869 yards and 28 TD's. Look for the Sin to try to revenge their 1 loss on the Silverbacks this week.
#5 seed. Saskatoon Vulcanos
Vulcanos is going in to a tough couple of weeks, if they can sneak out a W in one of the next 3 games they will be in good shape for the play offs. What I can't figure out is why teams don't throw more on them, they are pretty thin in the secondary, one would think they got tired pretty early in the game!
#6 seed. Sahara Sand Monsters
The Monsters are better that their record, it just happened so that they have meet some tough teams. But they will have to prove themselves if they wants to stay ahead of the Bulls.
#7 seed. Zimbabwe Bulls
They have kind of the same faith as the Monsters and maybe they belong at the Monsters #6 seed, probably! They will definitely get the chance to prove themselves this week, if they get the W against the Vulcanos they might jump more than 1 spot! But then they will have 2 very difficult games after this week and a little chance to win either.
#8 seed. LHC Naked Turtles
They are a typical middle of the pack team, were the game planning will decide if the get in the playoffs or not. I think the will get in and who knows, when your in anything can happen.

Zimbabwe Bulls vs. Saskatoon Vulcanos
The Bulls really are fired up about this one! They will bring their A game for sure, they want to prove that they belong in the top of the conference. The Vulcanos will try to get up on the saddle after the Sin messed with them last week!

This is an Honor game. The Sin wants to show that even with a loss they are going for the gold.
But the Silverbacks will not let the Sin Run on them they will force them to throw so it will be all up to the 2 new QB's to win this one!
