SoS formula appears to be jacked up for whatever reason. Taiping ahead of Manila?? Buffalo ahead of Hanoi?? C'mon man!

Taiping/manila i would guess is due to their cross conf opponent. Manila played a 2-4, Tai played a 4-2. I doubt the script takes into account who actually played who. Just the records (you and your opponents) and actual stats for points scores,allowed, etc.

Karls- Keep in mind you have played teams (excluding us) that have won a total of 4 games. With us, teams you have faced have a combined record of 9-27. We (buffalo) have faced teams with a 17-19 total record.

Your next 3 games should significantly help your standing (assuming you win some) as the next 3 teams all have at least even or better records.

There's nothing jacked up about it, it's just the formula it uses works better as the season moves on.

It starts to get close from here on out.

I'm lookin forward to it. Should be a fun and competitive season!

SOS is very important early on in these rankings. Things don't really start leveling out to how their supposed to be until around game 8 or so.

No matter who you play the formula should account for head to head. Looks fair to me we like being close to the top.
