I've been going back and forth with this for about three seasons now. What is the general consensus?

Actually I meant strength for OGs and blocking to for OTs?

Personally I aim for 80 in agility and blocking for all O linemen now days. The rest is all strength. How you get there is up to how you built your player early on.

is that 80 capped early or 80 at the end of the build

OK well I did do that, minus the 80 agility, maybe I can try that with my low 40s level players.

That is 80 without eq by level 60ish for my younger players. For my older players that I did not build as efficiently I have to use eq to reach these goals. It may or may not be perfect but I see it as a generic guideline.

cool, exactly what Ive been doing also running agility to 77-78 early then let it auto gain up, by that time my guys are plenty strong and Im looking to throw 64 upgrades right to agility to raise it even further.

My basic plan for my younger O line is as follows:

Take strength to 69 with 90% to 99% trained by level 9 or 10.
Take blocking to 74 with 90% to 99% trained by level 25
Train strength & blocking one or two more times or until they both have improved by 1 point.
Take agility to 77 with 90% to 99% trained by level 42 then train it to 78.

This should get blocking and agility to 80 or higher for any O lineman with later level gains. As long as you boost every season.
After level 42 you can balance out the build and work on SAs.
