now if your team sprang for a L72 upgrade to get that AEQ to +6, might be worth it to fight off the decline or something.

Even then, I think 14 is a bit overkill and 12 or 13 is plenty if you want to put CE in Run Blocking --OR-- only go up to 6 raw (saving 10 SPs)

What if it's 2 pieces of AEQ that gets you there?
