Wow you put a LOT of points into speed.

Agility to 68, vision to 68, jumping to 48 (in that order)

You overdid the speed a lot, though.

agility to 60 cap, vision to 48 cap, while taking agility to 74 cap train vision with jumping. take vision to 74 then 60 cap jump.

Push agility straight to 74. You didn't overdo speed. It'll just take you until season 7 or so to start fleshing out his build, but he'll be great then.

Train Vis/Jmp while you're doing that until vision gets into the 50's because it won't be as worth it training up Vis. Leave Vis at 1 train before lvl up.

Switch over to Jmp/Cat training. When Agi hits 74, switch to pumping Vis to 68/74 depending on preference. After you hit whatever cap you're going for, train it once to bump it up another lvl.

I'd also do some shopping token training on Stm or something similar at some point to get a useful piece of AEQ. However, with the new system, you may want to wait until you're in your 50's for the most pieces.

After that you're just pretty much pushing Jmp and fleshing out your build. Could do some Stm/Con training, maybe Str in there somewhere.

If you stick to that, you'll be a great World Corner.

OR, since you pushed Spd so high, you may want to consider going the returner route, where you would push AGI to the 74/78? cap. 48 Vis, Str/Car, etc.
