11-5 for the inter-conference picks

1. Lincoln V 6 Marblehead-The Navs Offense looked as explosive as ever in their opening game W over The Benitos. Anthranx Jones had two 55 yard plus TD runs on his way to 154 yards on only 7 carries, while Geezy and Wolfe chipped in with some big carries also. Buster Crouch looked great at QB, Aarron Copeland on the other hand struggled in the passing game. The Navs D struggled giving up over 600 total yards, BUT they toughened up when they had to forcing the Benitos to settle for Field Goals instead of TD's on 6 drives.

MHL started their Post DMP season in impresive style, blowing out the Flames. Project Marcie and Rumble Romper had HUGE games running the ball, combining for almost 450 yards rushing. The MHL D destroyed the Singapore passing O, picking off 3 passes and holding the Flames starting QB to a 37% completion percentage.

Lincoln wins 41-31

2. Monmouth V 5. Providence- Monmouth won a tough game over a solid Charleston Squad. The Evil Monkeys needed 2 4th quarter scores to pull out the win. While their ground game moved the ball well their Passing attack struggled for most of the contest. Defensively JJ and Marvin Jones Led helped shut down the Tigers Late to preserve the win.

Providence mixed a solid ground game with a highly accurate passing attack to upset the highly touted KC Rams. Special teams played a huge part in The Radicals winning the field position battle, not allowing KC to return any punts or Kickoffs all game long.

Evil Monkeys win 31-21

3. Honolulu V 16. Answer Please- The Cannes were aided by 4 Stuttgart turnovers in their OT win. New HHW QB John Fredricks had a big game in his debut tossing 3 TDs and Jax Jordan had a nice game running the ball. The HHW Pass D had an up and down game, allowing 4 TD throws BUT picking off 3 passes.

Answer Please got Curb Stomped by MPHD. Nuff Said

HHW wins 55-10

4. Ministry of Dotball V 8. Krungthep-MOD said "we don't need no stinking Chem" and it showed. They crushed Alpine in in their week one win. Using a solid mix of running and passing, with some special teams help the put up 58 points on the season 12 USA PRO champion Golfers.

Despite being outgained and losing the turnover battle Krungthep pulled out a nice win over Guadalcanal. Even though he was under constant pressure The Garudas QB Rock Monster managed a solid game in leading his team to the W. Krungthep's D bounced back from a bad 3rd to pitch a shutout in the final 15 minutes

MOD wins 35-17

7. Sparta V 9. Mayan- Sparta was led by their opportunistic D to lead them to a big win over Belfast. They Battle Chickens Picked off 3 passes and returned two for TD's. While their O struggled they did manage to put up points when given the opportunity.

Mayan forgot to bring their offense in their opening loss to Stewart. They were held to 264 total yards and only 9 points. Their Ground game was exceptionally weak, only gaining 47 yards on 23 carries.

Sparta wins 21-20

10. Dakar V 12. Cincinnati- Dakar Played a gut job and Cinci got Owned by Hali

Cinci wins 24-17

11. Bonn V 14. Buffalo- TKW beat the hell out Bonn in weak 1 while Buffalo lost a tough one to Nashville.

Bonn wins 28-17

13. Korb V 15. Micronesia-

Korb wins 28-14

I think you got the seeds reversed on the first one...

I had to knock them down a few spots do to their back up OT almost getting their QB killed. I think he might be a little shell shocked the rest of the year.

Nah, this is the way I see it so far. Not a HUGE body of work to go off of tbh. They usually round into form a bit later in the season.

That being said, how would you rank them?

I agree that it's difficult, but I just find it strange how some of your rankings changed from your first set. Sparta jumped a lot of teams for beating a team that will probably finish 1-15, while Bonn got crushed in your rankings for losing bad to one of the top 3 teams in the game right now. That said, it's a bitch to rank teams after one game, which is why I asked if you pulled names out of a hat. To be honest, when I look at the teams right now, I see MoD, then probably Lincoln. After that, no one has sold me yet.
