I have one guy above the median +8. They won't be affected, right? They're being paid fairly for their services and received a solid bonus, but is on one a year contract for now, which most people are, I imagine.

I calculated our team's average level, and it is 10. We have some lvl. 15 and 17 players and the rest are between 6-13. Hopefully, our team won't be affected by the new rule, as I worked hard to do this recruiting.

For once, I agree with Sniper. I put a hell of a lot of time and effort into recruiting for this team and recruiting good players. I would absolutely hate for the ridiculous amount of my personal free time I put into this to go to waste. To say the least, I would be a bit spiteful.

This implementation is meant to screw an owner who trades a crapload of other players from another team to get an absolute dominance in a lower league. I don't think just flat recruiting will make you a target for this, since you literally just didn't have the money to buy lvl 20+ players with 500k to begin with haha

also if you guys are bored, try to find some more updated dialogue about the 3-4 since I don't have the time nor the desire to sift through the forums for one piece of information hehe...

If it's not ready, I need to make some major depth changes before game 1...

I don't think anyone in Africa AA4 will be affected by the XP penalty.

As of now, you would have to be Lvl 21 to get less XP than expected. Even as the LVL 18's progress, so will the rest of the league. (Currently, you would need to add about 88 LvL 1's to bring the median down to level 6.)

It won't be. Bort's too busy tracking down people who have violated the rules and probably has 4-500 PMs to go through atm.

This league will be fine. The new rules apply mainly to FAs that you're bringing in. Also, the main people getting hit with this were the ppl who gutted and moved to a lower league to dominate. That his is a manual penalty that the admins are employing.

I did the same type of thing but just for elephant conference. Not including the CPU players. We are a little higher than the other guys.

Yes but only a median of 7. Compared to Mozambique, Congo, Gunston, Casablanca, and Algeria who all have a avg lower than you but a higher median.
