After much negotiation and money changing hands, the Comoros Monarchs of Africa AA#1 have moved to Kigali, Rwanda and have been renamed the Kigali Silverbacks.
The Rwandan government offered a very nice package including a new stadium. The citizens of Comoros only rioted for a couple minutes then went back to farming.
