Two guys I'd like to keep on the same team as they're being built to complement each other.

Both being cap-built, the SS has 68 capped speed and 21 SPs:

edit: FS now has 86 SPs after spending BT. Can cap speed at 74 when I get it trained up, but still undecided on going to 77.
