Yep, it is pretty good. Shock block is kind of popular and the +2 strength is always good.
Keep in mind that protector is the best SA for a LOT. Get low is or foundation are probably the most popular for OTs in general but shock block is not bad at all since it is the counter to the D lines stun move.
