Level 15 about to turn 16. Would have been perfect for cap 16 but as thats now changed, looking for a cap 18 team. been slowbuilt for a while and has plenty of money for his next 2 upgrades so salary is irrelevant.
Would obviously love to start but not essential. can be used as a useful returner also. very active owner with GM experience if required
