Can one League have?

Out of the 11 now, I place the over / under at 4 1/2 for CPU teams when the season starts.

He'll try, but if no one in the minors wants to move up there's not much he can do, hell last season if you made the playoffs in the uncapped he moved you up to AA ball. I would be happy with just 2 in each conference.

Under, but I would feel better if the number was 5 1/2.

Hardly a cpu team in the minor's almost all of the AA leagues are run 35 -40% cpu.

My thread was locked asking minors to combine up with AA. Maybe he does it at rollover. Hopefully

I think we are stuck with 10 cpu's and six rebuilds. Damn I am missing uncapped.
