I'm rolling with 77 agility right now because I think it's a big part of the hold block/break block roll.

Speed I'm planning on taking to abt. 60 in due time. I think speed plays a part in the pancake roll and it also helps you get out to block LBers.

My C will be ending up somewhere around 76 agility / 69 speed.

For Agility I've heard anywhere from 68, to 74, and 77. Speed has been a long debate, but for now I have it at 48 with plans to take it to at least 60.

60 is "enough". many like to have more, just not at the expense of anything else. so 2nd cap it and train it imo

eh, 65+ speed, 80+ agility

90+ agility, 50+ speed

i dont think more than third cap on speed is needed at all, remember the more str your player have slower he will be.
