For those of you that are about to go to Round 2, we salute you…………
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMUgmU_Hsjc

Well there are only 8 teams left after a quick Round 1 and those teams now go on to Round 2 to battle it out with each other for the right to go to the Alpha and Zeta title games.
Exciting shit, ain’t it?

Taking a look at Round 1…………..
The Sparta Baby Chickens lost to the Ukraine Freight Train, 163-0.
The Gods lost to the Lumberjacks, 29-9.
The Cincinnati Tigers were beat by the Banja Luka Funky bunch, 62-3.
The Odessa Outrage lost to the EEXF, 50-12.
The War Gods beat the Bootleggers, 37-16.
The Zabijaks lost to the Reivers, 34-3.
The Bishops were knocked out by the Archangels, 52-17.
The Wombats closed the book on the Meteors, 44-34.

Not a lot of close games, but the cream is rising to the top.
The Wombats, Archangels, War Gods and Reivers move on in Zeta.
Personally, I would love to see a War God vs Wombats re-match, should they both win in Round 2.
And in Alpha the Freight Train, Lumberjacks, Funky Bunch and EEXF move on to Round 2.
Congrats!

Three players that helped make the difference for their teams…………
QB Jub Jub the Horny Bear, Banja Luka Funky Bunch – 77% passing, 309 yards, 4 TD passes
HB Under Dog, Ukraine Freight Train – 351 rush yards, 10 TD’s
OT Now Serving, Kaunas Archangels – 31 pancakes
So the playoff Player of the Week is…...........
Under Dog, HB Ukraine Freight Train………..Congrats, chuckle head!
SALUTE!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBmGlxnpsK0

So we wish the teams that lost good luck in the future and hope they enjoy watching the rest of the playoffs from the Hot Chick Lounge.
But it’s on to Round 2 for the winning teams and the competition has just been turned up a notch!

Celebrity News and Gossip
So if I were going to pick some guys to play with in a game, I think these guys would make the 1st ever All-SA team.
They are the best around…………….

Once upon a time………..

.........………LET’S DO THIS SHIT!!!

****ALPHA CONFERENCE PLAYOFFS****

*#1 Ukraine Freight Train (16-0) LW1 - Did you guys even have a Round 1 game?
So the Freight Train just keeps on rolling and this time they roll on to Round 2 to take on the Lumberjacks.
I’m just going to throw this out there.
Numone, if you ever want to see your dog Lady Puff N’ Stuff again, you will lose this game!
http://cdn-write.demandstudios.com/upload//2000/000/00/7/12007.jpg
Next opponent: #4 Lithuanian Lumberjacks (13-3)

*#2 Banja Luka Funky Bunch (15-1) LW2 - Nicely done in Round 1. There’s nothing better than a nice big win to start off the playoffs.
But that was only the first leg of the journey, Round 2 is up next with the EEXF.
Do whatever it takes to make it to Round 3, and by “do whatever it takes” I mean cheat. That’s the Funky bunch way.
Good luck, Funky Bunch.
Next opponent: #3 Excellence Express X Factor (13-3)

*#3 Excellence Express X Factor (13-3) LW3 - OK EEXF, time to get seroious now.
You were very much in the game against the funky Bunch in the regular season meeting, I mean it wasn’t a 50+ point difference. So getting a Round 2 win is very possible for you guys.
Good luck, EEXF.
Next opponent: at #2 Banja Luka Funky Bunch (15-1)

*#4 Lithuanian Lumberjacks (13-3) LW4 - Nice win over the gods in Round 1, but I think it’s time to face the firing squad. If there ever was a David vs Goliath game for Round 2, I think this would be it.
Let me remind you of that old lumberjack saying “Lumberjacks, never die!”
Or was that “Cobra Kai, never die” from Karate Kid?
Well still, it works here too.
So go out there and chop down those trees to kill off even more rain forest to kill off the planet, you’ve got nothing top lose.
Good luck, Lumberjacks.
Next opponent: at #1 Ukraine Freight Train (16-0)

The Rest of Alpha
#5 The Gods (11-6) – Another great season by the Gods. You guys were in it the whole way and I think next season will be your time to shine.
Out of the great respect I have for you guys, no wedgies.
Good luck to Pedro and the Gods in season 13!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/Models/200410Taylor/Taylor-07.jpg
#6 Odessa Outrage (11-6) – I’m really hoping the Funky Bunch is able to get promoted, because this is the one team I don’t want to play next season. You guys really played beyond your level. Great job!
Good luck to Furious JB and the Odessa Outrage next season!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/models/200009dawn1/dawn1-b12.jpg
#7 Cincinnati Tigers (10-7) – I think had you guys been more evenly leveled with other teams, you guys would be in Round 2 right now.
But great job you guys did this season. You made the playoffs and were a contender.
Good luck to Tibbar and the Cincinnati Tigers next season!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/models/200203loredana/Loredana-26.jpg
#8 Sparta Baby Chicklens (8-9) – Well it looks like MWoods was correct. The first 3 minutes of the game was very close.
But you guys played well all season long for a team that was out leveled for the majority of your games.
Great job you guys did this season and best of luck to MWoods and the Sparta Baby Chickens in season 13!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/Models/200204natalie/Natalie-12.jpg
#9 Vestfold Vikings (7-9)
#10 House Of Pain (5-11)
#11 West Charleville Sharpshooters (5-11)
#12 Tallinn Nightmare (5-11)
#13 Furious George (4-12)
#14 Tomsk Assassins (2-14)
#15 Deimon Devil Bats (1-15)
#16 Aachen Spartans (0-16)

****ZETA CONFERENCE PLAYOFFS****

*#1 Warsaw War Gods (15-1) LW1 - It’s a good thing you guys were able to make the plays in the 1st half, as it turns out that is all you guys needed.
Now it’s on to Round 2 and the Border Reivers.
These guys are coming off a real nice win in Round 1, so don’t go into this game half cocked. Always go fully cocked.
The week 9 meeting against the Reivers you guys scored a 24 point win over them, but they have ideas on a different outcome this time.
Take care of bidnizz and move on to Round 3.
Good luck, war Gods.
Next opponent: #4 Border Reivers (11-5)

*#2 Kaunas Archangels (15-1) LW2 - great win in Round 1, but no we are moving on to Round 2 and this will be the most important game of your season, so far.
You guys got a 9 point win over then in week 11, but they also beat the War Gods, so who knows what the hell will happen in this game.
Do what you guys do best……..win.
Then go on to Round 3.
Good luck, Archangels.
Next opponent: #3 Mombasa Wombats (14-2)

*#3 Mombasa Wombats (14-2) LW3 - These guys are definitely the big silent types. They do all of their talking on the field.
It’s time to avenge the previous loss to the Archangels and move to Round 3.
Good luck in Round 2, Wombats!
Next opponent: at #2 Kaunas Archangels (15-1)

*#4 Border Reivers (11-5) LW4 - Where did you guys learn to bitch slap like that?
Really great job on getting that Round 1 victory.
But things don’t l;ook so bright and sunny anymore. The War Gods are up next…….sorry.
But I know you guys will give it everything you’ve got no matter how high the odds are stacked against you. Remember that you only lost 38-14 in the regular season match up, so an upset win is not completely out of the question and you never know what the sim will do.
Good luck in Round 2, Reivers.
Next opponent: at #1 Warsaw War Gods (15-1)

The Rest of Zeta
#5 Bratislava Zabijaks (11-6) – Well, my pig killing pals, you guys had a terrific season. You scored some wins over some very good teams and I think if you can carry it over to next season you will have even more success waiting for you.
Congrats on a great season and good luck in season 13 to daryl and the Bratislaxa Zabijaks!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/models/200110vicki/Vicki-b35.jpg
#6 Tunguska Meteors (10-7) – How could you not be impressed with the Meteors this season? They suffered a couple of very close losses that very easily could have been wins and to comeback and make a respectful game of it against the Wombats was a great effort, so congrats on a great season.
Much respect for the Meteors, so good luck to Psyborg and the Tunguska Meteors!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/Models/200405Kalucha/Kalucha-28.jpg
#7 Vatican City Bishops (10-7) – No tears for you guys. You beat the gods, got a win over the Meteors and kept the loss to the War gods at 40-49. Not a bad season at all.
I’m sure next season you’ll add more success to an already successful organization.
Best of luck to Brophy and his Vatican City Bishops next season!
http://www.bullz-eye.com/models/200201kathie/Kathie-05.jpg
#8 Kentucky Bootleggers (10-7) – Well take away that first half and you guys would have won Round 1. I really think you guys are on the edge of a great season in season 13. Just an extra play here and there and you guys would have one a couple extra games.
Impressive season as far as I’m concerned and you got my respect fo’ sho’.
A big salute to Robinhoodnik and those Kentucky Bootleggers……..SALUTE!

I would love to get some ballots from teams that think they have a GM worthy of being the Coach of the Year.
No matter what position, OC, DC, Special Teams coach, Head Coach, Owner, Co-Owner or whatever, if you think you have ONE GM that should be recognized as the Coach of the Year, send me a PM with who and why.
It would be great if I could get some PM's before the Championship game.
Thanks fellas'.

Wombats outlevel our starters by an average of 14 levels...

Crazy things happen in the playoff sims... confidence is a huge factor. Older players have more confidence. I'm scared.

Mombasa only averages 15 levels per starter on us...not enough.

Thanks for the recognition for SSI. He certainly got his practice on level 70 NTs this season. I would like to challenge your selection of Jericho Kane and put up my DE Ima End for comparison.

When you remove the guts/terrible teams:

Kane-27 tackles, 4 sacks, 2 FF, 10 hurries, 8 TFLs, 1 PD (based on 12 games, included Hungary for him because it was close)
End- 32 tackles, 5 sacks, 0 FF, 12 hurries, 14 TFLs, 5 PDs (based on 10 games)

So, I really think it's pretty clear. He also averaged more than 20 plays/game to put up those stats. So, if you're basing All-Pro teams off of performance vs. guts, then I guess that's a good pick.

***Seriously though, I realize you don't have the time or energy to go through all players and see when/how they get stats. It's awesome that you do this for us at all and without question my favorite thing to read on the league forums anywhere. But that doesn't mean I won't call you out on it.

apparently, kaunas must be really well rounded since we only got Olineman and a RB on that all star team. our defense sucks i guess.

You make a very good point, but like you said I don't have the energy to go into it that deep.
It would eat in to my internet porn time as well.
so your DE suffers because of my laziness ad addiction to cheap online pornography.
I'm sick, I need help.

but you do make a really good point, I just went off of the overall stats of a player is all.
