FIRST ROUND
-----------------------------------------------

Western Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Springfield Test Dummies 16-0-0 (-14)
#8 Huntsville Hitmen 10-6-0
I'll break from tradition and pick a winner in one of my games and go with the Test Dummies in this game. Too many CPU on the Hitmen to sustain a championship run, it looks like their playoff hopes end in Springfield.

#4 Southern Michigan Sewer Rats 13-3-0
#5 CrackerTown Juniors 12-4-0 (-7.5)
The Juniors like to pull the random upsets in the league picking up surprising wins vs. Hitmen, Wildcats and Deadites late in the season. The Sewer Rats won the previous meeting of these two teams in week 3, but I think the Juniors have grown this season and plan to put up a fight.

#2 Detroit Deadites 14-2-0 (-14)
#7 Philadelphia Wild Cats 10-6-0
The Wildcats started the season strong, but have failed to deliver in the last half of the season dropping 3 of their last 4 games. Meanwhile the Deadites have been strong all season with their only losses coming from the Test Dummies and Juniors. The Deadites are rocking a near 100 level difference between the two teams and their defense has been stronger all season only giving up a total of 100 points compared to the Wild Cats 331. The Deadites will move on to the second round.

#3 Strawberry Hill Gz 14-2-0 (-34)
#6 Dunedin Uruk-hai 11-5-0
While on paper this could be a great game, we know the Uruk-hai defense is weak and the Gz offense is potent! The Gz have put up 1430 points during the season one of the league highest, and Uruk-hai have allowed 320, not the worst, but also no where near the best. The Gz should be able to "sweep" their way to a playoff win and secound round match up wtih the Deadites.

Eastern Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Budweiser Beer Drinkers II 16-0-0 (-142)
#8 Brisbane Bricktops 9-7-0
This is by far the biggest miss match of the playoffs, Dominating Beer Drinkers vs CPU Bricktops. If anything this goes to show how weak the Eastern Conference has been wtih the heavy side of CPU teams. For a CPU team to make it into the Top 8 of the league.... wow. The Beer Drinkers put up 142 vs. the Bricktops in the last game of the regular season and should be able to match that again.

#4 Madison Capitals 13-3-0 (-21)
#5 Inverloch Imps 11-5-0
This could be the most evenly matched game of the first round. The Capitals have picked up some good wins this season and the Imps never fail to surprise. If the Imps can recover from their final game of the season schlacking from the Capitals (55-0). Then they could put up a good fight. Lets just hope that the Imp owners spend some time in the film room to make this the game it should be.

#2 Great Value Fighting Generics 14-2-0 (-21)
#7 Canton NFL Legends 10-6-0
The Generics have been a quiet beast in the East all season. And while Canton has had some good games, the Generics should be able to put down the $4 butt kickin' required to move on to the next round.

#3 Earth Natures Creatures 14-2-0 (-14)
#6 MC Hammertimes 11-5-0
The Creatures pulled out a squaker when these two teams met in the last game of the season, winning 10-0, but the Creatures have also shown they know how to adjust and it doesn't hurt that they double their opponents level. Shadeau should be able to keep the creatures hungry for wins and move them on to face the Generics in a nice rematch.

SECOND ROUND
-----------------------------------------------

Western Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Springfield Test Dummies 16-0-0 (-17)
#5 CrackerTown Juniors 12-4-0
The Test Dummies and the Juniors ended their regular season against each other and get a quick rematch in round 2. While the previous game may help the Juniors make adjustments, it looks like this game will come down to defense where it appears the Test Dummies have a slight edge. during the regular season, the Dummies put up one of the highest totals of Hurries and Sacks and missing some of the fewest tackles, while the juniors are on the lower, not the worst, end of those categories for playoff teams.

#2 Detroit Deadites 14-2-0
#3 Strawberry Hill Gz 14-2-0 (-14.5)
Will be an amazing rematch from earlier in the season when the Deadites stole a win from the Gz. I'm actually going to switch my earlier prediction after taking a closer look at this match up and go with the Gz after taking a closer look at the matchup. Yes the Deadites won 70-0 in their first meeting, but that could have been due to random play calling to not give away their hand in the playoffs. I think the Gz will unleash their league leading running game and this will be a great shootout between two very potent offensives.

Eastern Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Budweiser Beer Drinkers II 16-0-0 (-34)
#4 Madison Capitals 13-3-0
The Beer Drinkers have been a league leader all season. With a huge level difference over the Capitals, the government ends here and the Beer Drinkers will reign over all the lands. The Capitals while being one of the better passing teams in the league won't be able to keep up with the stamina and depth of the Beer Drinkers.

#2 Great Value Fighting Generics 14-2-0 (-6.5)
#3 Earth Natures Creatures 14-2-0
This should be a great game between two teams heavily stacked by single agent/owners. I'm actually going to switch favorites here as well and take the Generics over the Creatures. The Generics rushing game appears to be a bit more potent and the Creatures defense was in the middle of the pack when it comes to run defense. The deciding factor may eventually come down to the passing game, but I can't trust passing stats enough to make it sway my opinion. So I will go with my second gut instinct and take the Generics over the Creatures in a nail biter.

CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
-----------------------------------------------

Western Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Springfield Test Dummies 16-0-0 (-3.5)
#3 Strawberry Hill Gz 14-2-0
Battle of two very good teams. During the regular season the Gz played a little bit possum vs. the Test Dummies so we don't really know what they are capable of. So far during the Playoffs the Test Dummies D has been on fire allowing the fewest yards rushing yards during the playoffs (21 through 2 games), but the Gz Offense has been firing on all cylinders with over 1200 yards offense in the first two rounds. In what should be a low scoring game, the team that gets the most plays to break for high yards should be able to pick up the win. With a slight level difference, fatigue and morale issues may also come into play. Because of that, I will take the Test Dummies by over a field goal. The extra depth will be a big asset in keeping fresh players on the field.

Eastern Conference:
-----------------------------------------------
#1 Budweiser Beer Drinkers II 16-0-0 (-21)
#2 Great Value Fighting Generics 14-2-0
The Beer Drinkers are a very solid team of almost all Day 31 builds and have their stuff together. In this game they out level the generics 591-283 or over 1500 skill points. that's a huge difference and the depth is near impossible to make up. The Beer Drinkers should be rolling on to the League Championship. But I wouldn't be surprised if this was closer then we all expect. Through the playoffs the Beer Drinkers have allowed 114 yards, and the Generics have allowed 148.5. Both teams have put up over 1100 yards of offense, and are averaging 7 and 7.2 yards per carry the stats are VERY Close. On the defense side, the numbers are just the same. The Beer Drinkers have missed 5 tackles, the Generics 3. The big difference between the two teams is that the Beer Drinkers did these numbers with one game vs a cpu team. But in the end, the level difference is huge and the level 1 CPU roster fillers on the Generics will be the end of them. If they can manage the depth chart and keep the higher level players on the field with decent energy levels this game could go either way.

I dont understand the huge level difference, budweiser is a non boosting team.

It's because you all have a full roster of mostly day 31 built players (hence now level 11). those 55x10 or 11 = more then most other teams. CPU Players are still level 1. So if teams have CPU players to round out their squad they are still level 1.

My team doesnt like to eat cheap food, they like live bait , raw meat, fresh grass ect. , so I dont think theyll show up.

Great Value is pretty freaking good,if I can get my animals to come around maybe, they wont lose 24- 0 again to them.

I think Shadeau is just looking for bulletin board material for his team. Does that work with animals? Creatures have us out-leveled almost 2-1. We're just gonna try not to get eaten.
