If you haven't heard of Pickle yet.

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1420018

Back to Back MVP/RUSHING/TD Titles.

10 YPC career average...284 TD's on 1400 career touches.

This season 127 TDs, 400 Breaks on 450 carries.

Yeah, I know..the cap system sucks and he beats up on alot of teams, so does everybody else. I don't want to hear that. Even in scrimmage losses and close games he still gets his 4+ YPC and scores.

Bow before the pickle...when all is said and done HE will be known as the best power HB DOT ever.

Commence worship...

It's not a one man show. We have 2 other rushers with 220 and 150 carries. We also attempted 350 passes. He did get 440 carries..which is alot..but he got like 35% of all plays, so not too outrageous.

I didn't know that...but yeah, he's pretty good too.

They both have about the same YPC...the same TD to touch ratio, pretty much the same yards per game average....pretty damn close in almost category

I give pickle the edge because pickle will have 2 MVP's after this season, the Dream will only have 1. Dream's team has also never won a trophy.

And I made pickle...so I like him better too

I think what he forgot to mention is that incredible elusive back on his team that takes all the attention away from Pickle so he can get stats like that.

Amirite?

Personally, I prefer Smash & Dash
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=1245420

back/back/back MVPs.. got the Rushing Yards and Rushing TDs stolen away from a guy who got 1250 yards and 35 tds in the last 2 games..

I could go on.

Wait til you're playing against realistic competition before making any boasts. Looks like a very solid HB, but it's hard to say when most games are horrible mismatches.

This game where he averaged 3.9ypc against more even competition in a 17-10 win is a more accurate indicator.

The rest is just fluff and akin to boasting about beating 4th graders in basketball when you're in college. =)

Not really. We are the #1 seed.....

against the #2 seed

3.9 11 BT's on 31 carries, 1 TD

against #3 seed

5.4 14 BT's on 23 carries, 2 TDS

against #4 seed

4.7 31 BTs on 40 carries, 4 TDS

Those three teams are 42-5 vs. the rest of the league......I still got 4.5 and 2 TD's a game against them. He played the same competition as everybody else in the league this year and last, was not the top ball carrier in terms of carries either season and smoked everybody and beat out the 2nd place guy in the conference by 55 TDs and the 2nd place yardage guy in the conference by 3000 yards. 3000....more then double.

btw...when you intend to piss on somebody's parade it's only polite to bring raincoats for everybody along with you

Not pissing, just putting things into perspective.

HB is lvl 34, still on average, a good deal bigger than most of the defenses you're facing.

Plus, just due to the nature of the game / sim, lower level defenders are going to be all SPD / AGI so as not to fall behind the mobility curve. It's kind of the m.o. that by the lvl 40+ range the STR/TCKL tends to catch up a bit on LB's, SS, FS, etc. So at lower levels, power HB's are going to break a metric shit-ton of tackles.

That trend tends to hit a plateau by the end of the 30's, getting into the 40/50 lvl range, and power HB's stop dominating because the defensive builds are finally rounding out.

Pickle is lvl 34, running behind an O Line that are all lvl 34-36, with one guy being 32. The number 2 seed's D Line and LB's are on average 2-4 levels lower. Same with the #3 seed. From there the defenses taper off rapidly with most being in the upper 20's with a few defenders breaking lvl 30.

So steamrolling defenders at a level range where defenses have traditionally had a horrible time stopping power backs (lvl 1 through the low 30's), plus having a level range with the HB and the O Line blocking for him - yeah, you're going to dominate.

I'm not saying you've built a bad HB. Quite the contrary. But it's naive at best to make claims of being the best anything in the game with such a skewed sample for data.

Call us back in a few seasons when he's in his 40's and 50's, if he's putting up the same numbers vs defenses that are also on equal footing as far as levels / time to develop, then congrats - you have an awesome HB.
