GAME OF THE WEEK - This ended up being the GOTW by default. There don't seem to be any good matchups this week and most games will probably not even be close. I don't expect this one to be close either but it does feature 2 playoff teams and a chance for a big upset right before the playoffs.
#1 Quick Stop 15-0 vs #6 Taipei 11-4
Quick Stop looks to finish up there perfect season against Taipei. This should be an easy win for a team that has dominated the conference all season long and looks ready to make a run at the championship game. Taipei won't be hurt negatively in the standings with a loss here.
#2 LHC 14-1 vs #9 Bayou 6-9
LHC will get an easy win against Bayou. The Bruisers jumped up to 9th place after Walburgs loss to the Pirates but that won't help them squeeze out a playoff spot after this loss.
#3 Sterling 13-2 vs #12 Walburg 6-9
After Walburg's loss to the Pirates their playoff chances have dropped to almost 0%. They would need an upset at Sterling and a Houston loss against Casablanca just to get into a tiebreaker scenario. Sterling will erase any playoff hopes.
#4 Port Saint 12-3 @ #10 G-Vegas 6-9
Port has nothing to play for in this one. Even if they suffer an upset loss they still hold tiebreaker wins over the 5th and 6th seeds. The Pirates won't be able to get it done against the Legends though.
#5 Sahara 11-4 vs #11 Abbotsford 6-9
A reoccurring theme through most of the week 16 games seems to be playoff teams facing off against teams that just can't get it done. This is another case as Sahara will walk away with this game pretty early.
#7 Fat Jaws 9-6 vs #16 Durban 0-15
The Badness get a break from the 2 game losing streak and pull off the bye to finish up the season with an easy win and a playoff spot. LHC beware! Outside of their one loss to the Clerks, LHC had their tightest game against the Badness. Will the Badness be the upset queens in this year's playoffs?
#8 Houston 7-8 @ #13 Casablanca 3-12
Houston has had its highs and its lows. They'll finish the season on a high but unfortunately for them they'll start the playoffs on a low with a visit to Quick Stop.
#14 Detroit 2-13 @ #15 Cairo 1-14
Detroit is coming off a big win against Casablanca and will pick up their 3rd win of the season against Cairo. But the big question is will they still be around next season or will they be demoted?
