1, Lincoln Navigators V 7. Marblehead Longhorns. The Navs Won an offensive war over the Evil Monkeys. Riverboat, Big Shirley and Hulk Blazing all had huge games to lead the team to 54 points. The D had "issues" stopping the Evil Passing game.
The DMP's...I mean Longhorns Knocked Mayan from the ranks of the undefeated. A solid Defensive effort back up by a great outside running attack was all Marblehead needed to pick up the upset win.
Lincoln wins 47-35
2. Haliblack Explosionaires V 3. Mayan Prophecy. Rocketarm had a good game and some other guys did too. Hali won
Mayan fell for the first time in the Post Husker as OC era and they are looking at another tough game this time out. Their inability to stop DMP and Keak Doesn't look good for them having to face Jedi and Turbo this time out.
Hali wins 48-21
4. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V 9. Korb Destroyers. Monmouth's D was taken apart by the Navs the last time out. Despite a Freak game out of Drago the Monkeys Fell by four and need to fix some things quick.
Korb has dropped 2 straight and after a loss to #13 So Cal last time out things are looking rough. They will have to step it up big time to make this one close.

5. Cincinnati Shockers V 12. Durham Ice Odyssey. The Shockers showed how explosive their O is an amazing display of firepower against BFM. John Young had an amazing game tossing for 18 TD's on 19 of 20 passing. I'm not sure how anyone is going to stop this team the rest of the way after what they did last time out.
Durham isn't doing very well and now that they are facing the Shocker Juggernaut they might as well just give up.

6. Singapore Flames V 14. Pa Dong Dragons. The Flames rolled LSP 99-0...which might be explained by this..http://goallineblitz.com/game/trade_history.pl?team_id=1063
Pa Dong plays everyone fairly tough BUT has a bit of a problem with actually winning games.
Flames win 31-14
8. Angola Spider Monkeys V 10. Belfast Commandos. The Spider Monkeys have Picked up 2 straight W's against Bottom dwelling teams in the WL. They need this one to get to .500 and tighten up their hold on a playoff spot.
Belfast also has won 2 in a row both of those against fairly decent teams, A win here gives them a real shot at another season in the WL.
