I've got an agent (cwisler) that can put together a league for the rest of the season.
He's testing it out and I asked if the APL could get a league. He told me if I got 10 people, that he'd put it together for us. Basically, all the APL players will be put in a pot and you can draft them.

If your interested, post here ASAP. We have to get this together and done quickly.
I'm trying to limit this to just APL Owners/Player Owners. Its not hard to keep up with cause there are no bye weeks and injuries. I will have whoever wants involved added to the forum for full details.

This is a great idea and could be a lot of fun... I hope we can get you guys interested.

I think it will be fun as hell to be able to draft dots... there are only so many games left till the end of the season... so we'll get a feel to see if we'd want to do it next season. Like I said.. there are no bye weeks... so there isn't much team management to do...
Basically, draft a team, ride it out and talk some smack in the APL forum.

TD = 6 points
INT = -2 points

Rushing
10 yards = 1 point
TD = 6 points
Fumble = -1 point
Fumble lost = -1 point

Receiving
10 yards = 1 point
TD = 1 point
Fumble = -1 point
Fumble lost = -1 point

Kicking
FG 0-39 = 3 points
FG 40-49 = 4 points
FG 50+ = 5 points
XPM = 1 point

Punting
30 yards = 1 point

Returning
30 KR yards = 1 point
20 PR yards = 1 point
TD = 6 points

Offensive Line
3 Pancakes = 1 point

Defense
Sack = 2 points
Hurry = 1 point
FF = 1 point
FR = 1 point
INT = 2 points
TD = 6 points

PA:
0 = 10 points
1-10 = 5 points
11-20 = 3 points
21-30 = 0
31-40 = -5
41+ = -10

The only thing that holds me back from this is gutted teams. Would kind of lame it up don't you think? Is there any way that this is accounted for?

This is a tough one. Can't really make an owner bench his "star" player cause he's playing a CPU team. Or maybe you do... hmmm
Great question! This season would be just for fun... so I'm not sure how this would work out.
