My Lvl 50 LOT has a quick cut EQ. I was wondering what most people though about using it. It also came with 2 strength.

not your endgame piece but if you can fully upgraded it's worth using while you keep looking

with two strength it's ok temporarily like JDR says but overall it's not going to make you significantly better like an actual blocking related piece would.
