QB runs aren't overpowered though lol

He is trying to throw the game, probably trying to get max plays for his offensive players.

either that or the offense only runs that play out of that formation.

Either that or they are looking to stay in a lower cap, and boost like crazy at the start of the next season. Not a very moral way to be good team, but it works, I guess.

That is such a dumb defense...no offense..lol.

If you know that a QB is going to do that, first stack them across the line I guess...not all bunched up in the corner.

2nd...maybe set them to blitz? wtf...at least blitz them so they don't take a step back.

To fight QB runs you only need one blitzer from the outside coming from the correct place...having 7 in the wrong place and not blitzing isn't gonna work.

Trust me, depending on what you're trying to do, it could be a great defense. Not everyone in GLB plays to win the game.

no he's not throwing hte game. The DC is a retard, he saw the play coming and decided that he'd like to prevent that run since thats probably the only thing they ran with that formation with that QB. stacking that side is ok, if thats the only play they're going to run but he should've just played a nickel, had the third CB key on the QB and then leave 1 guy in the flat then played a cover 2.

Regardless of why this play was run, this is a very good example of another flaw in GLB. Each defender always attacks the ball carrier as if they are the only one doing so. There is no containment whatsoever. Regardless of how slow they are they should be able to stop him by containing him and forcing him into other tacklers.
