how much is needed, if he probably wont be on STs

you could probably stop at 40 and still be pretty effective, but given how many sp a C can have, I see no reason to stop there, and I've seen very good results with C's spending till mid 60s.

Since a C build is pretty much done at lv40, i see no reason to third cap speed after that....not like there is anything else to work on...

My C has 63 speed, and will train it up to 64 (almost there..) and stop it at that.

Feel free to watch some film, I personally think it helps a TON
