Here is my level 37 RDE Devin Hester.

Devin is looking to only join a team in a level 38 capped league
Devin will boost at the start of season 12 (or whenever you want in season 12)
Equipment
He has full level 32 EQT including custom and an advanced piece which gives him a catch ball chance of +13%
Salary does not matter I only ask for enough Salary to train and also that you have the cash to pay for his level 40 EQT.
I am also a team owner, so I am on everyday!
