Should be able to find a spot in a 38 cap. Problem is non boosting no CE so owners aren't going to give offers until they give up on finding a boosting CE wearing OT since most owners want to sign someone long term. Although it's a shame he hit 35 because at 34 some owners would have probably taken him sooner.

I think it's a borderline decision. Your build would be much better if those points spent on SA's were spent on any of strength, blocking, and/or agility.

Your player has reached a level were he will be out-leveled in just about any league because he will be playing in un-capped leagues. It would be difficult to compete without boosting even if you built perfectly.

The build isn't bad, but it's not great either. There are plenty of reasons why your player will be one of the last players picked. He might wind up helping someone, though.
