All these cupcake teams with CPU players... WTFXUP?!!

It's called new teams and recruiting. Trust me, I took over a CPU owned team in season 1 and took me half the season to fill up my roster. Of course, there are more players now than back then, but it should still take time because players are gonna try to stall and see who will throw big money at them(which is a terrible idea s it cripples the team financially).
