CPL (3 teams): 5-1

WEPL (2 teams): 2-1

USAPL (4 teams): 3-3

SEAPL (3 teams): 2-3

EEPL (1 team): 0-1

OPL (1 team): 0-1

SLAP (2 teams): 0-2

But yes, you are right, WEPL does have a higher winning percentage than USA Pro.

If you eliminate 'losing against own region' losses it would help SEALP too
