OK now the real season begins.

1. Bonn Dynamo V 8. Black Forest Mercenaries. Bonn finally dropped a game after winning their first 15 WL league games and 20 straight ranked scrims. Krazy screened them to death and managed to put up 40 points on them.

BFM bounced back from a 2-6 to win 7 of their final 8 games and grad the final playoff spot. The Mercs found their offensive rhythm in the 2nd half and outside of the loss to Dry Blo their D has been very solid.

Bonn dominated the first meeting between these two in week. Holding BFM to 225 total yards, stopping the Black Forrest ground game totally and holding their QB to 43% passing. Bonn ran for 323 on 7+ ypc and Cassio had an insane 34 pancakes from his TE spot.

Bonn wins 42-17

2. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V. 7. Santiago Benitos. The Monkeys are currently on Zeta's longest win streak, picking up Ws in their final 4 games. In those 4 wins they have averaged 76 points per game and only given up 2 TDs.

The Benitos are struggling having lost 3 in a row and 4 of 5. The Playoffs are Havoc's time of the season though so they will come out to play in the first round.

The Monkeys rolled to a 38 point win in week 16. Going in it was pretty much assured they these two teams would be meeting again in round one, so I don't think either squad showed too much of their "playoff" game plan.

Evil Monkeys win 31-21

3. Drygerian Hoblosionnaires imo V. Machu Picchu Hidden Dragons. Dry Ho had won 4 straight before their lolfinalgame against MH. The HoBlo O is cruising behind the now silent Garcia and the two headed HB combo of Jedi and Dooley. The Drygerian D has done enough to win almost every game this season and their O has been one of the most impressive in GLB.

MPHD is a very Dangerous squad. They have been in almost every game they play this year and they have one of the strongest D's in the WL. The Combo of Tso running the ball and Duck Beard catching it out of the backfield is very hard to defend and they could cause some damage in the post season.

Dooley went off catching the ball out of the backfield in their first meeting and MPHD couldn't get their screen game going at all. The Dry Blo D held the Dragons to 3.8 yards per pass attempt and controlled the game as a result.

Drygerian wins 41-17

4. Over the Rhine Red Dots V 5. Marblehead Longhorns. The Dots have been up and down in the seasons 2nd half. Going 5-3 with some huge losses and some solid wins. Tooley and Co. know how to set up for the playoffs though and they should be a real test for anyone they face.

The Longhorns have also had a roller coaster 2nd half going 5-2-1. 3 of those Ws have been over gut jobs/Don't give a crap teams though. They need to step up their game if they want to see round 2.

Interceptions and a total lack of ground game killed the Longhorns the first time these two met. Getting great field position after Marblehead picks set up OTRRD for short drives and Easy TDs.

OTRRD wins 38-28

If a biker was in my way going through an intersection I would not hesitate, if they get hit, they get hit. I am as environmentally conscientious as the next person and believe bikes do relieve congestion on highways and urban centers but as far as I am concerned the majority of them make their own rules and they should be punished the same as I should be for 'running a red light' or 'driving on a sidewalk'. Rules are rules, and I think if they want to use the road they should have to abide by the rules and held accountable in the same way as I am when I drive my car.

Until that happens I don’t feel bad for any bikers they get hit, and when they are in the way they will always hear about it from me.

I bet there will be one upset. Although I'm not sure who will pull it off.

Nah, it's all good. I made sure to pack it in tin foil and bubble wrap. I'm fixin to unpack it tomorrow along w/ my Hacksaw playoff avatar. lol
