Find an owner who will pay for all equip upgrades, and take minimum salary and minimum bonus.

Hold out. Where are you going to get alternate sets of equipment if you don't look out for number 1. No way should you take less now than what you are making. 5K a day or nothing.

Go with the owner who will pay for your gear and get you snaps in the game.
A good forum with funny threads and sane agents also outweighs imaginary $ imo.

and you wonder why you dont get EQ...
Do you really think that your going to be able to pay for alternative sets with an increased salary? even if you make 10k more than the min contract, when EQ costs 200k? I dont think so, take a low contract, and let the owner worry about helping you buy EQ, or else expect to pay for your own.
