retire that guy and start again
try and roll for 26+ kicking and 8s in everything that can be 8s
then focus on getting kicking to the 4-5th cap asap, followed by confidence. ignore everything else (inc SAs)
might want to read some cap slowbuilding guides aswell
that should get you started
