My level 43 WR will be needing a new team for Season 12. My current team is awesome, but I want to get him on a team where he will be featured.

His build will be closed until we are eliminated from the playoffs, so PM me if you want to see his attributes. He's always been a #2 or #3 WR on primarily running teams, so he doesn't have a ton of yards, but he does well when given the opportunity and I think his build is solid. He will level once more this season and will boost 3x for next season.
This is what I'm looking for:
* Minors Uncapped team (no casual teams please) serious about winning championships
* Balanced or pass-heavy offense
* He must be #1 or #2 on the depth chart. I'd like to get some stats for him in the couple seasons he has left.
You will be getting an experienced, active agent who checks tactics and contributes in the forums. I boost 3x every season.
