Ugh, needs work. I wouldn't boost him. Kicking and confidence are a kicker's 2 most important attributes. Take kicking to at least 77 naturally then con to same. But it will be quite hard to recover this build. Def consider retirement. I know it sucks to hear it but with kickers, not getting kicking/con up immediately hurts them tremendously down the road.
