And the completely biased predictions are:

LION

Johannesburg Jackals vs. Zulu Death Warriors
Two very good teams battling it out. Zulu needs the win to not fall out of playoff contention, and I expect them to be as prepared as ever. Fast Eddie is an animal, and he scares the crap outta me. Of course I have to pick JJ to win though, 27-24

The Nile Denial vs. PTT Rebels
Another match up of top teams. TND is looking good week in and week out. PTT has seemed a little off this season, but they are capable of beating anyone in the league. PTT needs the win more, but I'm taking TND 38-24

Dryden Blue Balls vs. Somalia Shango
Balls! They just keep winning. Seems to be a very well run team. Somalia has levels, but it just won't matter. Balls win 44-6

Rwanda Headhunters vs. Dakar Vampires
Another interesting game in Lion. Dakar has been looking good in their first season in AAA, and a win here would go a long way in legitimizing their playoff hopes. The Headhunters are thinking conference championship, and they definitely belong in the discussion. Rwanda wins here, 24-13

CollegeTown USA vs. Answer Please
This is the game of the week in Lion IMO. I'm really interested to see what happens in this game. CollegeTown is having a great season so far, and would like to keep on that roll for sure. AP just got done crushing Mean Machine, and need to win this game if they want to have a good shot at a home playoff game. I'm going to take AP in this game, but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it was the other way around. 32-30

Carthaginian War Elephants vs. Tangiers Cape Buffalo
I'm sure TCB had high hopes for this season, but those have to be distant memories now. CWE is coming off a nice win against Zulu, and find themselves back in the top 8. The Elephants win here, 36-20.

Mean Machine vs. Newfoundland Norsemen
I told you guys I would pick you this week! Mean Machine wins big.

Band of Brothers vs. Flashdancing Platypi
BoB should get their first win of the season.....

ELEPHANT

Swaziland Semnikati vs.Blood Diamond Marauders
Although this is a match up of #1 vs. #3, ya gotta think that BDM is favored here. We just haven't seen enough of SS to see what their really made of. They play RR next week, and Choctaw the week after that, so in 3 weeks we'll know exactly what their made of. BDM is just looking too tough right now, and wins this one easily. 41-28

Mamelodi Night Runners vs. Bien Hoa Bushidos
Well what do we have here? MNR finally gets a break from that brutal schedule that they've had so far this season....... Wait wat? MNR wins big here.

Rhodesia Ratels vs. Blood Bowl
Blood Bowl took a blood BATH last week, and really want to win this game to get back on track. I just don't know if they have the firepower to do it. RR is an elite team in this conference, and I don't think BB is there yet. RR wins 48-13

Swaziland Southern Brown Mambas vs. River Styx Jinx
I actually think this could be a good game. SSBM comes into the game at 5-2, but that was with a pretty easy schedule. Are they legit? Im starting to wonder. RSJ just keep doing what they always do. Field a descent team, and fight like hell. I'm going to go with the old guys to pull off the upset this week. 27-24 RSJ

Choctaw Cracker Party vs. Seychelles Sabercats
The Sabercats have been in free fall mode the last few weeks, and really need a win to right the ship. Choctaw is pushing to become one of the elite teams in the conference, and may just make it. They just need to keep beating the teams that their supposed to. Starting with the Sabercats. CCP wins 37-21

Andorian Commandos vs. Corrupted Presidents
This has the potential to be a very good game. Andorian still has chemistry issues, and CP has a couple of nice wins. Corrupted Presidents wins here, 41-27

Teikoku Alexanders vs. ßotswana ßone ßreakers
TA lost a close game last week. They really could have used that win. I still think they have a playoff push in them though, and it may as well start this week. TA wins huge

Asmara Freedom Fighters vs. Gambia Diamond Cutters
Two in a row for AFF? Yep. AFF wins this one big.

On a side note, is anyone feeling generous, and wanting to do a custom field for the Jackals? I would love to have one, but I have no skills at that stuff at all. I'll pick your team to win!!

Thanks again for the write up.

A little disappointed that we dropped one spot in the rankings after beating a 4-2 Blood Bowl 65-10. No big deal, as long as we are #1 at seasons end!

And, I'm not telling you just because me & my team are in African AAA 1.
It's because I'm proffesional sports journalist, so when I say it's okay - it is

I'll take a crack at the field.

Just pick us to win when we face off during the playoffs.

But since BORT has fucked up the Custom Fields for now, I'll wait a bit for it to settle out.

47-7 in the bright sun of Rwanda. Looks like our Medicine Man sacrificed the right goats to counter the Vampire magic.

GG, Vamps.
