Well guys out with the old and in with the new. 3 teams stayed undefeated while the other's battled it out. Going to be a rough season for atleast one team who deserves a playoff spot but will fall short of it. Good luck to everyone and here we go for week 6.
Eden Sin over Mogadishu Vengeance - Well well we start it off with a BOOM this week as the Mogadishu put their 4-1 record on the line against the powerhouse that is 45-0 in their last 45 games. Going to be an all out war here guys and to be perfectly honest either team can win this game. I do have the Sin with the advantage but the SIN who is obviously known for their defense allowing a solid 54 points this season while scoring a impressive 531 points can be beat as seen from their scrimmages against other AA teams. They did so with a solid attack on both the ground and the air. The ground they pounded for 3-4 YPC but the air they went all out. My only concern is the Mogadishu is extremely good on the ground but the SIN are extremely good at stopping the ground attack. So what do the Mogadishu do??? Play towards the SIN'S small weakness or stick with their bread n butter??? The answer is.... Balanced attack. Your QB is a stud with 0 INT'S thrown all year and your HB's are obviously good. In fact the SIN LOLB is known to fall down a time or two during a game. Hit your HB on a route towards him and maybe break a huge play for a score. A lot to think about in this game but definitely winable for the Mogadishu but in the end the SIN will come out on top 40-24.
Zambezi Silverbacks over Nairobi Death Squad - Man this game is absolutely amazing as well. This Conference is starting to get scarier and scarier as the weeks go on. This one was tough for me. Both teams have played similar opponents and have done great against some tough teams. The Death Squad has had the misfortune to go up against the Rock n Roll and the Eden Sin already dropping their record to a solid 3-2. I believe they will drop to 3-3 here but then go on a massive ass kickin tear. Till they run into the IronTanks. The Nairobi seem so under lvl'ed for this league but are game planning amazingly. Do not take them for granted Silverbacks it could come back to bite you in the rear. Score 22-21. No joke 1 run game. If turnovers happen the Silverback's will win 54-14 but assuming they don't. This one is gonna be a close one.
IRONTON TANKS over Ball Ground Gaters - Finally I have a no brainer here. The Ground Gaters need to pack their shit and get out of this league. Kind of messing up the competition if you ask me. On the other hand the IRON Tanks will Steam Roll their way to a 6-0 record and win by a wopping 255 points. I can bet money on that if their are any takers. You guys like I said in week 2 are becoming that Elite Organization you are wanting to become. Keep up the good work and start preparing for week 8 when you face the SIN. I will have a good prediction for that game... maybe even a scouting tip or two!!!!!
Sahara Sand Monsters over Atlantic City Aces - Alright alright two in a row with out having to think a lot. AcA your Team Note says you are reaping the benefits this season I would like to know what those are cause I want in. As far as the Sand Monsters go... The more I watch you guys on film the more I like your team. I think you have a real shot of getting some home playoff games but your also that team who has a chance to lose it. Very solid team all the way around but could use another G or two. Nice win over the MBSE it was in dominating fashion and this one should be as well consider yourselves 5-1 and geared up for the playoffs. Your QB has quite a few INT'S this season have you thought about making his passing bar more to bullet??? Just throwing it out there I watched some film and just caught it that could help a little. Be careful after this week the West Nile and Nairobi could surprise you so do not look past them at all. Nice win fellas and nice 5-1 record. 0-120+.
West Nile Mosquitos over Savannah HITCHHIKERs - Here is the upset of the week right here. Going to be a blood bath as the Mosquitos will bite their way through the Hitchhikers. Do not be fooled by the Nile record as they have already played the Sin, Silverbacks, and Mafia of the EC giving them a 2-3 record. Change their schedule up a bit they could easily have been 5-0. The Sahara Sand Monsters exploited the Hitchhikers Pass Defense. Showing everyone in the league how to beat them. I am sure the Mosquitos see that and are ready to bite. Do not fully leave your HB out of play Nile he still needs some touchs put keep them kind of minimal and throw a HB pass or 5 in the mix. I am going to go with 34-30 in favor of the Nile.
Kunta Kinte's Revenge over Zambia Lions - Really wish these week teams weren't in this LC cause they conference is nasty haha. Think if you guys had 16 teams like your 10 teams are now haha. Would be insane predictions haha. I probably wouldn't do em haha. Kunta your going to go on a little 2 game winning streak right here and bring your record to above 500. Then it is all going to hit the ground. Good looking team but you need to stick around with each other for one more season and then bring the pain to the African AA. Glad you guys are here though at least being competitive. Good luck in the future.
Togo Tattooed Terrors over Jupiter Dolphins - It is like the owner of the Dolphins assemled a team of the best possible CPU players he could find haha. Seriously it is kind of funny. To low lvl'ed Terrors to make a real dent in this league but if you stick together then you and the Kunta can control the African AA next season. You have nice solid depth with great players no joke. Stick around for another season with each other and come back for a run. Good luck in the future to you as well. 0-180+.
Myrtle Beach Screamin' Eagles over Morocco Mercenaries - Like I said last week I am not going to pick a team to win that has their lvl 30 Punter in their teams Top Threats in AA. Get rid of them CPU players Morocco and find yourself an OC-DC and start being competitive. Not a bad team just no control over it is what it looks like to me but hey I could be wrong. Here we go Eagles the Winning starts again your going to be even again at 3-3... well until next week when you run into the Tanks. Then you will drop again but hey might as well enjoy it while you can. The Eagles are no team to just look past they do have their bright spots but do not have any depth. Good luck the rest of the season and if you game plan well enough you can make it into the Playoffs as a number 8 seed. 33-7.
