I was looking forward to a good season. I liked my team alot. But our team is now facng some rough times as our OC and ST coach and some other positions are barely able to get on due to personal reasons. So i dont see us being much of a contendor this year.

OC is easy. DCs are hard to come by in PW. I'd go looking for top tier silver teams and ask if the teams DC would like another job. Worked well for me
