They are all in the o-line private forum. Here is a very generic guide I wrote. Some people would say get agility to 73 also, but at RG I think you could just train speed + agility at the end of your career. Not sure how this guide ended.

Octowned's Pulling RG Build Guide

This RG build guide has a few purposes... Totally abandon the pass rush, and focus on picking up blitzes and have the mobility to pull.

Roll guide: Create your player on day 31 to get maximum training time. You want all 8s (speed is irrelevant), as low of confidence as possible (less than 13 preferred), and high strength.

We do early confidence training because it moves up so fast (+14 by level 22!!!), need to get that value in early.

This guide is fairly simple and cookie-cutter, however outlines a few build plan ideas that others may not think of. The RG position is very versatile and often overlooked. You are sort of the "wild card" out there. Pass blocking, picking up blitzers, pulling across the line on pitches, etc. I wrote a guide that you can customize via equipment and SAs, and gets you a solid foundation of stats by level 50 to allow you to put your flavor on it when things get interesting....

1) Train Strength + Blocking until level 4. Cap Strength to 49.01
You can go at level 3... but there is no point because decimal is .07

2) Train Strength + Blocking until level 7. Cap Blocking to 49.02
Again you can't make it at level 5, might as well wait until level 7.
You should probably have like 10 SP leftover here

3) Train Strength + Blocking until level 9. Cap Strength to 61.3x
Whatever the decimal is, this is the time to do it, and you have the SP as well

4) Train Blocking + Agility until level 12. Cap Blocking to 61.3x
You may need to cash in a bonus token or two to make this cap. Or wait a level. Whatever you prefer.

5) Train Vision + Confidence until level 14. Cap Strength to 68.7x
Level 9: 61.3x, Level 14: 64.7x. Once again, you may need to wait an extra level, I can't tell exactly

6) Train Vision + Confidence until level 17. Cap Strength to 73.7x
Level 14: 68.7, Level 17: 70.7x
By now, confidence should be at 34, so it is time to switch. Or just wait until it gets to 34, too hard to predict.

7) Train Agility + Vision until level 19. Cap Blocking to 68.0x
Level 12: 61.3x, Level 19: 66.0x

8) Train Agility + Vision until level 22. Cap Blocking to 74.0x
Phew, that was a long see-saw. The caps didn't work out very well toward the end, but I like to do the extra strength at the end to create a little separation.

9) Train Agility + Vision until vision is at 34. Cap Confidence to 49.xx (~level 25)
Some would take confidence to 60 to get more natural gain value. I argue otherwise: Just because you get 0.5+ per level from 60 to 68, is that really 3:1 value? NO, because nobody in their right mind would spend 3:1 on confidence for a guard. Just let gains do the trick, you are done with confidence for your career, it is FINE you don't need to waste 20 more skill points on it just because you can.

10) Train Agility + Speed and Agility + Stamina alternatively, keeping Speed a point or so above Stamina, until Agility is at 34. Cap Agility to 49.xx (~level 28)
The confidence stuff may have screwed us from making an early agility cap, but now that gains are at only 0.15 per level, we can afford to wait if you are patient as well. Training is where the value is, not natural gains, now that str/blk/conf are out of the way. The level approximation may be early if you need to wait in training. But in terms of skill points needed, 28 it is, and from here out the levels will be back on.

----------------------

Lets be honest here. Everything else gets 0.15 per level, so the order you do stuff in doesn't really matter from a cap-value perspective. What matters is training value. There are a million ways to approach this, but the key is keeping speed and stamina close together. I will give one possible way to extend this build plan, you can come up with other orders as well if you are so inclined.

11) Train Speed + Stamina. Cap Vision to 49.xx (~level 31)
12) Train Agility + Vision. Cap both to 60.xx (~level 38)
13) Train Speed + Stamina. Cap Agility to 68.xx (~level 42)

You are very slow in this build plan because you had to wait on the speed training for so long. But it lets you get vision at 49 with agility, value you'll like down the road.

14) Train Speed + Stamina. Cap Speed to 49.xx (~level 45)
15) Train Speed + Stamina. Cap Speed to 60.xx (~level 49)
Stamina is training well toward 38 or so, but that's okay IMO

----------------------

Remaining caps: Speed to 68, Stamina to 48
SAs: Get Low, Run Block, Hands, Protect, Quick Cut, First Step are all options.

If you pick first step or quick cut, you want to use two pieces on those.
If you use Pancake, I'd recommend also grabbing a Get Low piece, and doing SAs as..
6-4-6-2-4, which after equip will look like 7-10-7-3-10. Could always cut back that Run Block and Hands to 4 or even none at all, up to you.
If you use first step or quick cut, I'd do SAs as..
6-6-6-0-0. Without AEQ, the price of pancake just isn't worth it to me. Once again, you can adjust those based on your own feelings. Just some ideas I'm throwing out.

This build really has two directions, which will ultimately determine your VAs:

+0.5% blocking: good for any guard
pass blocker: meh for this build, and for RGs in general
showboat blocker: only if you took the pancake AEQ route
outside blocker: great if you did 68 speed and took a quick cut, first step, or even get low piece
goalline blocker: good if your team has some trouble finishing off drives and you want to support the inside slams

----------------------

Build analysis:

Level 60:

86 Strength
85 Blocking
70 Agility
69 Speed
61 Vision
60 Confidence
60 Stamina

SAs to your choice.

Equipment to your build choice. Go showboat blocker, +0.5% blocking, 100% equip on strength, pancake AEQ, and you'll be at
128 strength
92 blocking
etc....
And have the mobility to pull, and pancake the shizah out of anybody....

Or be daring and move a piece to both agility and speed, +0.5% blocking, outside blocker, and be at
110 strength
92 blocking
79 agility
78 speed
And pull like crazy, might get reverse pancaked a lot by the NTs though, but you'll be a great puller and special teams blocker

----------------------

There is a lot of versatility in this build guide. My personal opinion is 100% strength equip to prevent the reverse pancakes, but not use pancake. I'm experimenting with as much as 15 get low even though they get diminishing returns, but I'd like to see 10 first step or 10 quick cut on this build from somebody else.
