First one. 2nd one has no agility, vision, confidence. The first one has substantially more and will be much better in the long run.

You asked to make sense of it...

This says one of two things

1) agility and pancake SAs don't help toward pancakes
2) BOTH agility and pancake SAs help toward pancakes

As far as evaluating the builds, I'd never even sign the second build, but the first will be good in 5-10 levels.

I'd probably say #2, as Agility would help you win more block rolls, giving you a better chance to pancake a player. We can only assume that the Pancake SA would improve your pancaking ability, so perhaps the reason behind Lv36's relative lack of pancakes (compared to "Lv37") is his low Agility preventing him from beating the defender on enough blocking rolls to get many chances. i.e. Lv36 gets beat by the defender most of the time but usually pancakes them when he wins. Lv37 doesn't pancake as often but gets many more opportunities to do so since he matches/beats the defender much more often.

But who knows with this game. Maybe Agility plays a direct role in pancake chance, maybe the Pancake SA is completely broken (like ye ol' Hands or Smooth Operator for non-existent penalties!), maybe I'm just talking out of my ass.
