At least 5 teams return in each conference with 11+ wins. Both sides are deep. After going 1-5 last season and 17-2 this season, I know a team with a losing record can make a major play next season. It is possible and likely. Regardless of any new contenders, this league will be a dogfight next year.

I see it as a race on each side for home playoff seedings. There is so much money in hosting a playoff game or three. It will set our team up for seasons to come with extra stadium expansions funded through playoff wins. Don't ever try to tell me that regular season doesn't really matter.

Especially when we are charging 30K people ten dollars for nachos all season long.

And the fun part is that every game means something.

Next season will be a very tough one. The start os this season there was clearly a few teams that everybody could see was not going to go far...

But season three will be a whole other story as all the teams will be tough to play against...

My money will go to the Bolts in the West as the team and maybe the Taints in the East...but as I said that could also be very different

Have you guys seen the teams that are coming down to our league from AA? They aren't very good. Bunch of level 9s and 10s on both teams. I haven't checked out the teams coming up to our league.

no need to check teams comming up, they are as good as our top 4, i promise you. It takes about 4 seasons to settle leagues like this.

This year we lost 4 "bad" teams that went down but gained 2 from above

We lost 2 good teams but gained 4 good teams.

next season(4) same thing but teams are sorta bad

that next season(5) we start losing decent teams

the 6th season, 4 from now, really good teams with the worst records will be dropping

I dont think anybody is overly exciting entering our league next season. I could see those BBB teams being midcontenders but I think the top is going to stay relatively similar as this season.

But throw in a ridiculous offseason and anyone could become highly talented. So it all could very well change. If teams were to stay like they are at this moment with 2 or 3 moves in the offseason. I dont see really much change in the rankings and those BBB teams would be a Hattiesburg, Buenes Aires, LUElinks, Perth Amboy type team in the middle of the rankings.

I have to say I disagree here...The Honolulu Hurricane Warriors went 19-0 thus far this season and right now are starting 9 level 11 players...im sorry but that would not be anywhere near the talent to run with any of our top 8 teams in this league...possibly would be a tough time competing with the top 16.

The fact alone that they have their D Line anchored with 3 level 11 players would be enough for any one of our teams to completely demoralize them with our running games alone...

i think the key is making sure you keep your players. Make sure they're happy with their role on your squad. A lot of these teams will have players bail on them at key times throughout season 3.

should be fun.

Agreed. I looked at the teams moving up and they are not very good.

The Laredo Lesbians will be the major play comeback team bank it.

Farkistan Squirrels is probably the closest fit to our league. They can compete. The ones coming down, are just going to pause here for a season on the way to the basement.

Yeah nachos are a BITCH to buy in The Shark Tank. Some people have been known to mortgage their homes for just a taste of our $10 Nachos and $15 micro brews.

Sorry no ones seen anything from the Condom Raptors, but I've been furiously lurking so I feel like I know most everyone so far.

But back to the topic at hand, I'm really looking forward to this upcoming season. It's really going to come down to who can keep their players on hand and make a couple of key upgrades. Depending on how we go into this offseason, I think the raptors will make some noise. Either way, I look forward to seeing how everything turns out

I have to agree here about keeping your players together as I am loosing most of my starting O-line and all but 1 LB. But I am trying hard to find replacements and see how things go! I too look forward to this upcoming season and am in hopes of being in the running for the Championship once again.
