To Hijack the thread even further, is you player more prone to fumbling if they run more elusive? I know this is true in certain video games, but I wasn't sure if it was put into the equation for GLB.

I'm not sure if he is prone to fumble more, but he's certainly more prone to getting smacked up.
there are many examples, but in this for instance, I thought that would be a td... but he stops, and tries all sorts of fancy moves, instead of just running it in..

Try playing a game on 99 and see if it still happens.

My guy does this as well, I have tried all kinds of locations on the slider...still happens...
i personally go on 85 abd my guy has 95 speed, 80 agility, 68 vision. i find that they are way to hesitant on super elusive and even 99. i think over 90 is too much for my guy but you can play around with it and see wut works. and about the fumbling thing i have never heard that before but you never know

this. It is very similar for HB's. I had my guy take runs to the edge and have plenty of space for a lot of yards if he just continued to the edge but he always tried to do some crazy juke moves and not get as many yards. His agility isnt as high as yall's so i have mine set at 70 elusive. For yall i would say between 80 and 88 would work well.
i still use 100% elusive on my returner. Yes you do get the times where if they would just use pure speed on the outside instead of juking it would be better but the tradeoff of the extra movement through congested areas is worth it my opinion.

I don't go a full 100, i find 70ish works the best for my guy.
There is no perfect setting because of the poor sideline coding. Bring your slider too low and he doesn't make enough moves to shake off the first tackler coming downfield. Too high, and he bounces around at the sidelines.
At least on the more elusive settings he MAKES it to the sidelines ...
