He's not horrible or anything, but I think you went for vision/confidence/stamina and SAs a little too soon... which hurt your strength, blocking and agility a bit.
For example... my level 36 G already has 5 more strength, 3 more agility and 1 more blocking. I'll have close to 20 more strength, 16 more speed, 7 more agility and 7 more blocking by the time I reach your level... while you'll have ~12 more vision and you'll have your SAs (I probably won't have even started on SAs until about that level).
Although, he's definitely not a bad build or anything, he's just a little too weak for a RG and he lacks a little agility for a LG. I would rate him as average, relative to my experiences.

This guard seems to me more a left than a right guard, even with more Run Blocking SA than Pass Blocking SA.
