I hate to say this bro, but you sunk way too many skill points into his special abilities, no team is going to touch him. It's usually a good idea to work on your player's regular attributes before you delve into the special abilities, they really don't have much of an impact on your player until he is at least in the level 20's. I think you would be better off retiring him and creating a new player, you can follow one of the many player build guides to help you.
